QUICK ANSWERS.

How is the price actually lower than physical stock?+
Your deposit clears before we pay the supplier — that financing edge plus a guaranteed offtake compresses our margin floor. We pass most of the saving to the pre-order buyer.
What if the lot does not arrive?+
Full refund of your deposit. Pre-Order is contractually contingent on supplier confirmation — if the source pulls, you do not pay the balance and your deposit comes back.
How firm is the ETA?+
ETAs are derived from confirmed supplier schedules, then padded for 2026 customs (~1 week). Real variance is ±5–10 days on a 4–6 week window. We notify you within 48 hours of any slippage.
Can I see the manifest before paying the balance?+
Yes — when goods arrive at Westhausen we open the full per-SKU manifest in your account. Balance only clears after you confirm the manifest matches the pre-order brief.
